Dulce Garcia, JD

Acting Executive Director of Border Angels, a non-profit organization that coordinates humanitarian work DACA recipient and activist

• With other DACA recipients, formed San Diego Border Dreamers in 2017
• Sued Trump Administration after termination of DACA, with result that 100,000s of dreamers can renew their DACA status while case is in litigation
• In Supreme Court in 2019 defending DACA BA in Political Science from San Diego State University JD from Cleveland Marshall College of Law, with a concentration in Civil Litigation

• Co-leader of several large-scale climate communication initiatives, including the Climate Change in the American Mind, polling project
